Air Conditioning

Every luxury apartment features a climate controlled, split system, reverse cycle air conditioner for your all year round comfort and pleasure. All living areas and bedrooms are equipped with modern stainless steel ceiling fans to assist air circulation as you desire, with the comfort of quality carpet and underlay under foot.

Spacious Living Room

La Mer Luxury Apartments offer modern open plan living areas that feature a dining setting, sofa/lounge suite, reading lamp, coffee table and a remote control wide screen (66cm+) colour stereo television with free cable TV and DVD player.

To accommodate Hervey Bay’s warm summers and mild winters, an individual, climate controlled, reverse-cycle air-conditioner is also provided in each Apartment for your comfort and enjoyment.

Sliding doors open out onto your individual unit balcony for you to enjoy our lovely fresh air, and the sights around you. Security screened doors enable you to choose between the fresh air or air conditioning when you are indoors enjoying the luxury La Mer provides in every holiday apartment.

Each luxury apartment features a direct dial STD/ISD telephone allowing direct calls to and from your apartment. A 24hr direct dial telephone number is provided to enable easy contact with you for your family and friends.

Modem points are supplied in each apartment for individual access to the internet via your laptop computer.

Each luxury Apartment features a modern, quality appointed kitchen for your convenience. Stainless Steel Appliances and amenities include:

Comfortable Bedrooms

All Bedrooms are separate to the main living/dining area and feature reading lamp/s, side table/s and a built in wardrobe or a walk in robe.

Each bed features a wonderfully comforting "vellux" blanket and all unit linen is provided. A weekly service is included in the quoted rate, however, additional room services can be arranged on your request for an additional charge.

Bathrooms & Private Laundry

Each luxury Apartment offers a modern, tastefully decorated main bathroom featuring a vanity, sink, mirror and cupboard, toilet and either a shower or combination bath/shower. Hairdryers are provided in all Apartments.

All our two bedroom units enjoy an ensuite to the main bedroom featuring a vanity, sink, mirror, cupboard, toilet and a shower.  Each bathroom is equipped with a guest pack of shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, tissues & shower cap.

Each main bathroom incorporates its own private laundry complete with a laundry tub, washing machine and clothes dryer. Pegs and clothes baskets are also available if you choose to use our onsite clothes lines.

Bath Towels, Bath mats, hand towels, ironing board and iron, carpet sweeper are provided in all the holiday apartments.

Comfortable Bedrooms
