Car Park
Each luxury apartment is allocated one car parking space in the underground security car park. Additional car parking is provided at the rear of the building, which has security flood lighting operational from dusk to dawn. Boat, jet ski, and additional onsite car parking is by application only, and subject to availability and the managers discretion.

 Lift
The internal lift operates from the security car park, and has its own security swipe point for operation. The lift operates to all floors 24 hours a day.

 Swimming Pool
The solar heated pool and spa recreation area is located on the eastern side of the building, off the esplanade for your privacy, comfort and enjoyment. The recreation area is fitted with pool lounges, and two sets of tables and chairs with shade umbrellas – perfect for holiday relaxation.

BBQ Area
The BBQ area is on the western side of the resort complex, and is superbly equipped with a modern stainless steel 5 burner gas BBQ, incorporating two hotplates and a char grill. Two large picnic tables provide plenty of space for the whole family, with a stainless steel gas heater centrally located for your winter night comfort. The BBQ area is fully lit for night time use and the enjoyment of all.

 Tour Bookings
La Mer Luxury Apartments is a booking office for the majority of local tours including Fraser Island, Hervey Bay Queensland whale watching, Great Barrier Reef & much, much more. This is a free service to you. Individual tour packages are available on request.  Security
Your security and that of your possessions, plus the enjoyment of your stay at La Mer are very important to us. Therefore La Mer Luxury Apartments is equipped with the latest security features that we can provide. This includes swipe card access for the underground car park and operation of the lift. Dead lock doors, door chains, eye spy vision enhancers, and security screens on every glass door and opening window further enhance your personal security and peace of mind. You also have 24hr emergency access to the manager, who lives onsite, aided by video surveillance.
